Hello. : Hello. That is a good question. Asssuming by the way that this is written, that you did not have blood in urine, pain or burning with urination or difficulty with urinary stream prior to five minutes ago.   Am also assuming that the red goo came out of your urethra (pee hole) and  not out of your vagina or anus. If the sexual intercourse was vigorous or aggressive than it could have scratched / injured the urethra which could be in spasm or swelling as well as  bleeding.  If the urehtra is fairly swollen it could make it difficult for urine to pass through the lumen.

Because each testicle comes down into the scrotum (from inside the abdomen) before a baby boy is born, men have  a "weak spot" in each groin area where the path of each descending testicle traveled. A urologist can easily figure out exactly what is going on and fix it with a simple surgery. What has your doctor said about the testicle?

Yes: Amitriptylene for sure can interfere with urinating.  It's a tricyclic antidepressant that can also cause constipation, dry eyes, dry mouth, sedation, and some other effects.  Please tell your doctor you're having this problem --a  dose adjustment may be needed.

had a ruptured cyst. still struggling with peeing and constipation. i have to push to pee. could this be a sign that i may have endometriosis?

Unclear: A ruptured cyst should not cause any problems with urination or constipation. These issues should be evaluated separately. These symptoms do not indicate endometriosis although you certainly could still have that. An Obgyn can evaluate you with a complete history and physical to determine if endometriosis is a possibility.
