Dr. can check throat: New throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep throat). A couple days of throat lozenges and tylenol (acetaminophen) can decrease throat pain.

In rare instances the infection can travel through your bloodstream to other parts of your body. The sooner you have this problem treated the less chance you will have complications.

Ranula: Sounds like the description of a ranula or mucous retention cyst where you can have an obstruction of the duct that allows saliva to flow into the mouth.  The repeated popping with blood and occasional pus most likely is from the repeated trauma and possible infection.  A dental evaluation would be recommended.

i bit my cheek about 4 days ago. i could feel with my tongue the bit tissue. it has turned into a 'bubble-like' thing with pus.  what can i do?

Drain it: a subungual abscess is an unusual phenomenon. In many instances, the nail must be removed. one can use a heated piercing device  to drain it occasionally. but the drainage should be cultured and an x-ray should be taken to check the bone and underlying soft tissue. Consult a hand physician
