Proctitis?: That sounds like an infection, to be sure.  Could be an infected hemorrhoid, or proctitis.  Get an evaluation locally, as antibiotics may be in order.  Could be an inflammatory issue as well, such as Crohn's or ulcerative colitis.

Skin tear: Urvask35, these superficial fissures in the perianal skin are often cause by fungal infection. Get some OTC Lamisil (terbinafine) or any anti-fungal cream and apply twice daily for 10d - 2 weeks and keep that area DRY and this should clear up. thanks

Talk to doctor : Your doctor is treating you for an abscess in your anal region.  You may have chrons or ulcerative colitis.   Your doctor only treated a part of the abscess and this may be to avoid incontinence.  Talk to your doctor about why and what to expect

Hemorrhoid: You have a hemorrhoid. This is a common human experience and is in reality a blood clot in one of the rectal veins. If it is not bleeding or causing pain then it should just reabsorb and you will be fine.

around my anus, closer between vagina and anus i have pus like bumps. they don't itch or hurt unless i press on them. i don't know what they could be.
