i have poor circulation in my feet, they turn purple when i'm sitting for 2 mins. now one of my toes feels different like its getting numb. why?

Feet numbness: Try to sit in a proper way with your back straight. Increase your activity &amp; eatibg healthy can help. Besides, if you drink caffienated drinks, try to replace with water and other healthier drinks. If persisits, then need to see your PCP.

Congestion: Purple is when blood pools in your foot.  When sitting the blood hangs down or when you cross your legs you stop the blood flow.  Its a vascular issue so you could see a vascular surgeon,  there could be a problem in your foot causing the blood pooling so you could see a podiatrist.

: I would start with an examination &amp; evaluation by a podiatrist. I'm unsure how tremors have injured your feet. Bruises should heal within days unless there's repeated trauma.  Tremors are caused by various factors. A neurologist would be best to consult for evaluation of tremors.
