Probably not: While they are probably  not dangerous, it is difficult to tell you what they are without seeing them.  Probably the best advise would be to see an ophthalmologist who can help you.

See an Eye MD: Dark circles under the eyes only rarely represent any disease.  The skin there is so thin that you can see your own blood circulation through the skin.  There is no effective treatment for this, but you should see an eye md to be sure it does not represent some health problem.

Purpura: Those purple dots may well be purpura from blood leakage out of tiny capillaries in the skin under your eyes. The headache and joint stiffness could have been a viral infection or an autoimmune reaction. Avoid aspirin or anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen or naproxen and instead use acetaminophen as needed until you're sure that no further spots or signs of bleeding have occurred. See MD

See your doctor: You have too many conditions happening at the same time to be able to address them here, without having a physical examination done by your doctor. It sounds like it's time to be seen for your annual physical, and to address these concerns with her/him. After the exam, s/he will know what other tests to order. You may want to have your vitamin d3, and micronutrient level checked as well.

You really need to: have this checked out! Your eye doctor can see it iunder a slit lamp microscope and tell you exactly what's going on. Any inflammation will have dilated capillaries surrounding it. The key is to get to it early, and see what else is going on INSIDE the eyeball too! So, don't delay! It may be nothing, and then it may be something! We can't diagnose on this forum, but your doctor can! Call now!

: Pinching the penis does not stop the ejaculation but just prevents it from coming out and can cause symptoms like yours. Keep area clean aplly otc cortisone cream and you will be OK in a few days
