Picture please: It'd help so much better if a picture of it was sent for review. Also, historical data - how long it's been there, is it growing or changing? Anything make it worse? These things matter so you would need to either supply this info here or take your child to a local doc.

Unlikely dangerous: Unlikely to be anything to be concerned about if it has only been there a few days. Will likely vanish on it's own. If it persists or worsens, have someone look at it.
