Sores/Lumps: Tough to say without an exam, but sounds like possible abscesses or cysts, or maybe a simple rash you have.  Get an eval and there will most likely be a good treatment for you, so the condition can heal, and you will not feel self conscious anymore.  Good luck to you.

Hematoma?: This sounds most like a large bruise, or hematoma. These can be quite tender and can sometimes be quite firm. The colors, in particular, sound like bruising. There are other possibilities depending on the exact appearance. If it is not rapidly changing and no other symptoms are present, it should be ok to observe for a few days. If you have drainage, severe pain, or any other symptoms, see pcp.

Sounds: like a cyst (one type=sebaceous cyst ot a LIPOMA (fatty tumor benign!)  Show it to a Medical professional. Most of the time these are easily removed if it is painful etc

Skin rash: You need to show to your Dr and get a good rash history, physician exam,  lab testing and likely referral to a Dermatologist.

Topical retinoid: I would try a topical retinoid and topical vit C which might help some.  There are also some laser treatments that my help the purple color.

Staph infection: I believe the most common explanation is a staph infection...the most common bacteria living on your skin.  The thigh is a common place due to friction of your legs rubbing together, reducing the skin's natural resistance to infection, causing a boil. They tend to recur and may be prevented with use of the skin cleanser 2% chlorhexadine and/or a course of the anti-staph antibiotic erythromycin.

Stretch marks: From your description, it sounds like stretch marks.  It is hard to say for sure without seeing it.  These are not dangerous.  see photo.

Below: Use intermittent warm, moist packs to the area 4 times per day for 15 min each time

Do this for ten days, if you continue to find anything abnormal, then see your DR for exam
