Nevus: This is not unusual. The child has a congenital hemangioma or nevus. This needs to be followed by the doctor but is rarely serious. It may go away in time. Has it gotten smaller as many of them will do.

Purple Foot: Poor blood circulation, which can occur on its own or as part of other conditions such as diabetes and peripheral vascular disease. Your arteries and veins are narrower and therefore there is less blood getting to the extremities such as feet and toes. You need to see a doctor, who can measure the percentage blood flow through your legs.

Several reasons: Other than trauma, the first thing that comes to mind is venous insufficiency, where the valves of the deep leg veins become incompetent, causing the leg veins to become congested with unoxygenated blood, resulting in swelling with a bluish color, while the foot and leg remain warm.

Veins: Since veins in the legs fill with blood more on standing, it is not unusual to see slight such color change and this clears with elevation of the legs. Perhaps the vein valves in the right leg are weaker than on the left accounting for the difference. As long as there is no leg pain or swelling and the color improves on elevating the leg, it appears that there is no serious problem with your foot.

Warm water soaks: Warm water soaks will help open  up the tissue if there is a foreign body in the foot.

Purple foot why: Most likely your turned it and sprained it and ruptured some veins leading to a bruise . Had you been drunk the night before and don't remember? Had you danced or hiked all day night the day before?

If OK would not worry. If worried get x-ray.
