Bruises: would be most likely explanation, but if absolutely no trauma or injury to this area (even riding a bike or a carnival ride with a "hard" landing) then you should be seen to get an answer.  GOod luck!

Different options: The groin has a lot of things in it both in the skin and below it.  Sweat glands, hair follicles and skin cysts as well as lymph nodes, fatty tissue, vessels, tendons and other things.  Is the lump growing, inflamed, painful, painless, draining, recurrent or constant, moveable or fixed...?  Each of these (and many more) will provide your doc the answers as to what it is and what needs to be done.

i have these sores on my inner thighs and they look like purple lumps. some hurt but others don't. i'm very self conscious due to it?

Sores/Lumps: Tough to say without an exam, but sounds like possible abscesses or cysts, or maybe a simple rash you have.  Get an eval and there will most likely be a good treatment for you, so the condition can heal, and you will not feel self conscious anymore.  Good luck to you.

: They are likely just a pool of clotted blood under the skin that will eventually be broken down and recycled by the body over a period of days to weeks. Other than scolding your partner and covering the lumps, there is not much to do other than wait.

Breast lump: If you have a breast lump you should have a physician examine you to make sure you don't need further testing.

Likely normal: It is likely that what you are feeling as "lumps" are normal lobules in the breast. "Purple" nipples is just  a variation on the normal color.
If you are sexually active, and If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Hemorrhoids? Boils?: If "butt" means your anus, hemorrhoids sound like the best bet. If it means buttocks, probably just a couple of large pimples or boils. Either way, don't poke or squeeze them, and see a doctor if they don't clear up on their own within a few days.

Thigh lumps: Check with your pcp. Sounds like an abscess or infected hair follicle. Try warm soaks. May need antibiotics with possible drainage.
