Blood pressure : Hi Cynthia make sure your blood pressure is good and that you have a dilated eye exam as well as something called a visual field. You may also want o see a neurologist or neuroophthalmologist  to make sure all so well neurologically especially if your symptoms are becoming more frequent or bothersome.

Sinusitis: Since the nerves of socket of the eye and sinuses are common, acute or chronic sinusitis often has deep pulsating eye pain.  See your primary care for a ct scan of sinuses. If positive you will be referred to an ENT specialist for rx.

It : It sounds as if you may have high blood pressure. I wonder if you have been to a drug store and checked your reading? In any event you need to see a doctor asap as these are all worrying signs of elevated blood pressure and stress on the heart. Go to the er right away if you have sustained chest pain accompanied by shortness of breath, radiation of pain to your neck or arm or rapid heart rate.

: Have your parents take you for a FULL physical exam to include your eyes.  You might have an issue with your glands that helps lubricate your eyes if you are in front of a computer screen all the time.

Eye pulsing: Some people get twitching of eye lids. This is a normal condition. If your eyes are red and bulging it should be shown to a doctor. And associated headache is also not a good sign.

May be sinus: Cant say for sure  but it might be sinus infection. You can ask your physician to help diagnose as it might be something else.
