Prodrome: You may have inhaled a viral infection earlier this week. The virus will attach itself to the lining of your nose and begin to "crawl" towards your deeper respiratory tract. This is often described as a burning sensation in the nose. Your body is now responding and the chills are the first days of feeling ill (prodrome). Rest, drink fluids, don't be surprised if fever shows up next 24 hours.

See your doctor: Eye twitches can be a sign of stress, and fatigue and lack of sleep. So by itself it's benign and known as myokymia. But if your entire body is twitching you need to be seen by a doctor and see if your anxiety is making it worse or not. Go ahead and see the doctor, and this will make you feel better.

Not likely: No connection between asperger's and fatal familial insomnia. Any family history of the latter? Symptoms you describe are not often associated with a sleep disorder except for sleepiness. Actually your "syndrome" sounds closer to encephalitis than asperger's or ffi.

Don't know: Really hard to say without more information or examining you.  Are you getting enough sleep, is the first question.  Have you been exercising heavily, or conversely, not enough?  Do you take any medications that could affect your potassium level, like a diuretic? Try some gentle stretching of you leg muscles, get a good night's rest, and if it persists go see your doctor.

Need more info: You may be experiencing what is commonly called a "pinched nerve" or  a muscle irritation. I would suggest that you make an appointment with a podiatrist and have him/her examine you to make sure nothing more is wrong.

Hmmmm: Tremors and abnormal motions of your arm such as hemiballismus can be from a neurological condition.  They can be associated brain lesions or tumors.  I would suggest you see a neurologist.

: Sorry to hear of you discomfort, need more information like did you injure yourself or have you had this before? Did you pull a muscle or hurt something in your back?. If you can take something like Aleve or Motrin and then follow up with your doctor.
