Arteries: You have arteries running in every finger and toe and if you feel for them carefully enough, you can feel their pulse. All arteries pulsate throughout their length but we generally only look for them in areas where they're easy to feel. The most common one is the radial artery on the inside of your wrist below the thumb, but there are many others.

Pulse: Just means you have increased sensitivity to the feel of your pulse during those times

Sensitive: You do, in fact, have arteries in your fingers which produce a pulse ("digital arteries"). When you compress your fingers by touching something with just the right pressure, you partially compress the artery and can feel the pulsation, just like when a BP cuff is deflated and you feel the throb in your arm. This isn't abnormal, but you have one heck of a good sense of touch! Do you play the piano?

Anxiety: try to ignore it. make sure ur ring is not too tight causing swelling when u can feel the pulse.

Abd discomfort: Feeling your pulse when you press on your belly may not be of concern, but does depend upon overall exam. Having discomfort when you press on the stomach may have different implications. I would recommend you see a primary care physician for an exam and further evaluation. Most abdominal discomfort is going to benign at your age, but if symptoms persist or worsen, you should get further evaluation

Unusual: One may feel the pulses in those areas, but it's unusual to see the pulsation. If your blood pressure is not elevated, and if you don't have any heart valvular abnormalities, I doubt any serious problem. If you still have concerns, see your physician for evaluation and advice.

Normal: The feeling you have is normal and is not a sign of any disorder.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

when i'm standing up for a while, i can feel my blood rush to my fingers and i can feel a pulse. is this normal?

Maybe ok: It would be helpful to measure your blood pressure and pulse on sitting and on standing, and if the readings are within normal range, that would indicate that your symptoms or observations are not suggestive of any abnormalities in the cardiovascular system. Your physician could check this easily for you.
