ive been awake all night studying and now i can  feel and see (i think) my pulse in my feet. is it because i havent slept? or should i be concerned?

Pulse pressure...: Don't concern yourself. Sitting for long terms can cause foot swelling. This mild swelling can cause you to feel your pulses. Get up an walk around. Those all nighters can certainly be fun, hmmm.

when i am lying/sitting i can feel a pulse in both feet at the same pace as my heartbeat. i'm 16, is this normal? i have recently been running a lot so could this just be increased blood flow?

Yes- normal: Dear athlete, you have great blood flow in your legs, heart,.. all body. If you feel pulse same as heart .. these are normal arteries close to surface easy to feel( more so in thin athletic person ) Keep exercise , eat healthy, if any doubt talk to adult.. and your doc.

Puls sensation: Hi, if they are not frequent then try to relax, stay hydrated, eat well balanced food with electrolytes and vitamins. I don't believe anything worrisome is going on. Talk to your provider.

i was diagnosed with gastritis. lately i've been feeling like i'm getting a pulse feeling in my legs/feet/back after eating with severe tiredeness why?

Leg pulsations/ulcer: Gastritis may cause bleeding in severe cases (any dark stools?).  This could cause anemia that might provoke symptoms you describe in your back/extremities with associated fatigue.  Assume you are treated with antacids (?Prilosec, Pepcid) and may want to have blood tests to f/u on this.

have unrepaired asd; tingling&numbness in fingers when pulse is below 90, in feet below 80, now moving to face. is this due to poor blood flow/o2?

Asd: These would be unusual symptoms for ASD or for heart rates under 80. This type of generalized parasthesiae can be due to deficiencies in vitamin B12,magnesium,calcium,potassium or types of neuropathy. Discuss this with your physician who will order the appropriate tests and/or refer you to a neurologist.

Probably: The artery is right under the skin there. If one is slightly  enough it is normal to see it pulse in some positions

May be okay: Certain position may comprimize terminal vessels to digits causing discoloration. Without pain it may be observed.
