Chances are low: If you are fit and slim, it is normal to feel a pulse in your abdomen.  If you are concerned there may be a pulsatile mass, have your doctor examine you and determine of further imaging is indicated.

Abd discomfort: Feeling your pulse when you press on your belly may not be of concern, but does depend upon overall exam. Having discomfort when you press on the stomach may have different implications. I would recommend you see a primary care physician for an exam and further evaluation. Most abdominal discomfort is going to benign at your age, but if symptoms persist or worsen, you should get further evaluation

Not at this Age: There are many factors that can contribute to AAA such as smoking and genetics.  However at age 25 there is virtually no risk.  It is very common for thin people to feel a pulse in the belly....I can feel mine right now! :)

Aorta: Usually people can feel their aorta pulsate in their abdomen.  It's a huge artery in the back of the abdomen and can be felt when laying down.  
The low back pain and headache should not be related.  
If these are bothersome, see your family physician for evaluation.  Good luck.
