I'm : I'm glad that you are seeing a neurologist for your daily headache.  Off the top of my head, it sounds as though it could be daily migraine, tension headache, or a withdrawal headache from caffeine or pain medications such as ibuprofen, Naproxen or narcotics.  Neurologists tend to be the "headache specialists" and with a careful history, should be able to discern the cause of your headaches.   You may want to think about the answers to some of the questions they may ask you such as: 
- when did it start? 
- how often do they happen? 
- are they getting more frequent or more painful? 
- how long do they last? 
- what does the headache feel like and can you point to it? 
- does it occur around the same time at night or does it ever happen during the day? 
- what other symptoms do you have and when do they occur in regards to the headache? 
- have you had any big life changes? 
- how is your lifestyle? Are you getting enough sleep, eating well, exercising? 
- are you taking any medications? Do you drink caffeine and how much?

Answering these questions may help your doctor figure out what is causing your headaches, whether it is a serious problem or not, and how to help you. Good luck!

Headaches: I would not be nervous yet.  Mris done for headaches along with eegs are in most cases are normal, so the odds are on your side.

Doubt epilepsy: Simple partial seizures are focal events, not usually eventuating in generalized seizures.  I am perplexed why you have been labeled as such, and do not see you are treated for seizures or migraine either.  The latter can readily be handled, and with the confusion you express, likely best you consult an expert neurologist, get the correct diagnosis, and get treated and controlled.

You are having: Episodes of migraine headaches, and it seems these are becoming quite frequent.  Unlikely you have structural problems in brain or eye, but, if appropriate, your doctor might order MRI or cat.  Best outcome if you start preventative approach, with topirimate, depakote, even beta blocker, but also, otc preps like riboflavin, co-q-10, butterbur.  A triptan could abort the headache. See your doc.

Headache : Definitely need to see a doctor. Especially if you don't have a history of migranes or headaches. I assume no recent head trauma.

In an older age group there is a condition called temporal arteritis which can cause temporal headaches and which can seriously affect vision. It is rare in your age group. There are many potential other causes of temporal headaches which can radiate to the eye ranging from sinus problems to migraines to more serious conditions. See your doctor promptly.
