Should be tested: Apulsating soft tissue in the neck could be from the carotid artery itself, like carotid body tumor, or from tissue infront of the artery very close.

Infection: specifically a rectal abscess will have to be ruled out. That is a serious medical condition that needs immediate medical attention. Would suggest either Urgent Care/ ER versus your physician if available for a rectal exam and further management based on findings.

What ?: Do you mean upper back muscle twitch? If yes, see if the area muscles are visibly twitching; that is not related with kidneys. Meanwhile, it's good idea to collect the feature, degree, and progress of the symptoms with their detailed sequence of events, and bring those to see doctor who will usually review what you submitted, history, physicals, and tests as needed and provide reasonable rx.

By quick, I am: assuming you mean brief. Anything that is pulsating would seem to be associated with a blood vessel/heart beating. Hard to know what would be causing pain, but a major blood vessel in the mid-back is the aorta. A problem, bulge/aneurysm, with this vessel would be the most serious cause of your symptoms and deserves urgent evaluation. I would go to ER; this can be excluded easily with imaging.

should ur neck pulsate really hard after doing 10 pushups if u r extremely unfit? its very hard for me to do 10 pushups....

Possibly: If you are severely out of shape or have high blood pressure, it would be normal. Build up slowly. If you feel like you are going to pass out when it happens, see your doctor.

Neurological suspect: I suspect this is neurologic. There can be a problem with light, and therefore this needs an investigation by both your physician, and an ophthalmologist, a neurologist, and maybe a neuro-ophthalmologist

See a doctor soon: You have too many symptoms together warranting medical attention from your history &amp; chart to guess what's even going on. Tunnel vision of any kind can involved reduced blood flow in your brain, or bending over are not normal variants of good cerebral blood flow. See an eye doctor at the very least and explain the problem &amp; get it resolved. That's the first step!

Pulsating: If you are a thin person it is not unusual to feel or see pulsation in the area of your stomach related to your aorta. Have it checked by your doctor. If there is any concern he will have the area imaged. All the best.

: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water.
