Muscle Spasm: It seems like he had a muscle spasm sometimes called a "charlie horse" where the muscle without warning suddenly forcibly contracts. Most of the time it is due to the muscle being worn down("tired") from activity. Increasing fluid intake and moist heat would usually help.

Called Dequarvaine: Also called first dorsa extensor tensynovitis
Usually seen with RA, Diabetes, gout, or hypothyoidism also occcionally from trauma.
Need to see your PCP and have proper blood test and then proper treatmant accordingly.

Yes: Tendons tear from trauma and if the injury was directed at the forearm, it could happen there. You should ice the injured area and seek the attention of an orthopedic surgeon as soon as possible.

Traumatically?: There may be surgiacl procedures in which this is done and then repaired or not. If the tendon is cut traumatically the function of the arm will be compromised if not repaired. It is better to do this sooner than later.

a month ago i tore a tendon on my forearm. i can't feel 2 of my fingers. what therapy can do so it can heal? and if i'm going to be able to feel again

Occupational therapy: Ot may help if you're not already getting that.  Looks like you had surgery to repair the tendon.  Nerves heal at a much slower rate than other parts of the body, and some sensory nerves to your fingers were damaged somehow.  If the nerves haven't been cut or torn apart, they will eventually heal thought it could take months.  Talk with your doctor about this.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a sports medicine specialist.

: What you describe is a great rarity. If your ortho person does not give you satisfaction it is time to see another. Only after careful evaluation can answer be given and that cannot be done in this format.
