Probably: muscle pain as you said.  But sometimes it could be thrombosed blood vessel, or less likely breast tumor.  Have a doctor look at it.

Maybe: Breast pain could reflect pain coming from an underlying muscle, pain of a deflated lung, referred  pain from a heart issue... It all depends on your associated symptoms and physical exam... Go and see your doc for an eval.

Unlikely: You describe a positional chest wall pain.   This often comes from the back (spine and ribs) not muscle. 
 See your physician for a spinal exam and to consider working with a physical therapist to work on stretching and postural exercise.

Have you had a mammo: Well could be just a pulled muscle. Do you exercise?  If the pain feels deep in the breast may be good idea for you to have a mammogram. Best to be checked ny your doctor

Several options.: It could be a pulled muscle, hematoma, fibrocystic mass (fibroadenoma or cyst), or even a tumor. Though breast  cancer is rare in a 20yo, it can occur. Have this checked out, even if a biopsy is recommended! don't delay or ignore. Best wishes!

i went to an amusement park 2 days in a row, later that night i started to feel pain in my chest and back im thinking maybe a pulled muscle or strained? its mostly to the right middle of breast, and my body is sore overall. it happened yesterday?

: Most likely there is muscular strain and  local heat and ibuprofen may relieve the pain. Please discuss with your PCP. 
The other causes though should be considered, and include cardio pulmonary disease, collapsed lung and infection. Watch for fever, trouble breathing and cough.

why do i decipher if my breast lump is a cyst and not a pulled muscle?

Cyst appears as lump: Breast  composed of dense glandular tissue in the young female.  As one gets older, hormones that would induce fibroadenomas which are  benign lumps shift activity.  The duct system is activated and  can fill at localized sites to present as a cyst.  Mammogram can distinguish solid from cystic lesion and if large cyst present it should be aspirated.  Large fibroadenomas should be excised.
