Case by case: Cases of pelvic pain need to be addressed one on one on a case by case basis. Each individual has different risk factors. Also the doctor needs to assess the odds that surgery would correct the problem. It is reasonable to do an in person one on one second opinion in your case

my 1 n 2 month old daughter had 3 eggs n now she's puking even while sleeping. had given 1 shot of metoclopromidebut she still puked the milk once. any home remedies? m in a village right now and its so late to go to a tertiary hospital.

Steep a little..: ..Ginger and fennel  in boiling water for about ten minutes and make tea.  Let it cool, then give her small sips (5ml) every 5 minutes.  This will serve two purposes.  The ginger and fennel are both digestive aids and can help settle the stomach.  Giving small amounts minimizes the chance of vomiting and, even if she does vomit, helps maintain hydration.  If the problem continues, you will need md.

: She should see her pediatrician, but in the meantime you need to keep her hydrated. Have her sip from a bottle of pedialyte every 10  minutes or so 1 ounce of fluid. The small volume and frequency should help her stay hydrated while not having to throw it up. dont let her take more in one sip, as that can trigger the vomiting.

Pancreatitis: Dehydration and possibly pancreatitis. If you have belly pains, and can't keep anything down, u need to go to the ER as IV fluids is key.

cervical neck shot on 6-13  kennalog/lydocaine. threw up after. very nauseated for 14 days now not vomiting just very nauseated. nothing helps. why!

Unusual; hard to say: This is odd.  Injections can cause nausea for a short while, due to vagus nerve stimulation.  Shouldn't last two weeks.  Any dizziness?  Some neck nerves affect the inner ear sensations and could be irritated; however kenalog (triamcinolone) shld be helping this.  Lidocaine is long gone.  Ask the doc who did or ordered the injection to explain or refer to neurologist and try Meclizine for the nausea.  Good luck!

: Irregular spotting is common with the Depo 3mo birth control injection. Vomiting is not a common side effect. Consider discussing an alternative medication with your prescribing physician.

Vomiting: Try giving pedialyte  per spoon every 5-10 minutes for a couple of hours to stop vomiting.

Generally No: If this in fact a reaction, it is very rare and should resolve within 1-2 days. And it should occur within 24hrs of the shot. If the baby is vomiting projectily which means across the table, call your doctor.

No: Minor problem following a flu shot include,soreness,redness on shot site, hoarseness ,red or itchy eyes, cough, fever, headache ,itching and fatigue.
