It is unsafe for you: It has estrogenic compounds in it and it is taken by women who want to enlarge their breasts. But estrogens also effect other tissues in your body and particular your ovaries and vagina. You are playing with fire here and you may get severely burned. Beware. Don't fall for the line that if it's natural it has to be good. Snakes are natural but some of them can poison you with just one bite.

No: No, it won't help you at all, just wastes your money. A few women with pcos become pregnant, but generally only after significant weight loss. Therapy such as metformin has a much higher chance of normal periods (in approx. 60% of cases) and a safe successful pregnancy, if desired. Don't get medical information from friends, tv or the internet.

Waste of money: There is no scientific evidence that taking pueraria mirifica will increase breast size, especially when you are taking an oral contraceptive.  There is some scant evidence that it can help menopausal symptoms.  Safety is unknown as there are no studies.  Don't waste your money on these unproven supplements.

Can't tell for sure: Pregnancy is the most common cause of a missed period. If not pregnant, other causes of a late or missed period include:  excessive weight loss or weight gain, increased exercising, emotional stress, having an illness, traveling, medicines (especially birth control pills), hormonal disorders, etc…  a visit to one’s ob-gyn doctor is a good idea if symptoms are persistent, recurring, or worrisome.

SEE A DERMATOLOGIST!: Soak in a shower or bath. Avoid caustic soaps (Ivory). Avoid antibacterial soaps. Immediately after using your towel, rub in a cream for dry skin. I favor those with ceramides such as Eucerin Eczema Care cream. Get a prescription cortisone. Triamcinolone cream .1% comes in a 1# jar. For the eyelids use tacrolimus ointment .1% Forget the herb from the jungle in SE Asia. It is a waste of money.

Yes, yes ; yes: Most of the breast is fat tissue, so when one gains weight breast size tends to increase. Another option to consider is an herb from Thailand, Puereria mirifica, which contains phytoestrogens and is widely promoted to increase breast size. Why?: Pueraria mirifica is an herb indigenous to thailand. It contains phytoestrogens that can supposedly relieve signs of estrogen deficiency in post-menopausal women.  Some call it a "fountain of youth" herb for aging women.  Since at 16 you already have the youth these older women long for, i'm wondering why you want to take it? Why not let your natural hormone balance be as it is, without this herb?
