Pain: You might need to rule out interstitial cystitis, which is a common cause of pelvic pain in young women and often mistaken for GYN pain.  Endomtriosis also a possibility and US wouldn't show anything for that.

The AC joint: or acromioclavicular joint is the joint where your clavicle/collar bone joins the acromion of your scapula forming part of the shoulder joint. A common cause of prominence is a shoulder separation where the outer end of the clavicle has been displaced upwards following separation from the scapula, called an AC separation. Discuss with your doctor; little/nothing to do if no pain/limitation.

Body hole : There are many questions I would like to ask about this. I wonder if it is a fistula or a result of Hidradenitis suppurativa an infection of the skin.  You should see a doctor in person to evaluate it.

why is my pubic bone so large? i understand im decently overweight (510 220pounds) but its to the point where my penile shaft is hidden & it really affects my mental health since my penis never really grew in the first place during puberty. im 20?

The choice is yours: Without more descriptive information we cannot assume your penis did not develop/grow. You just have extra weight that often makes it appear that way. Discuss this with your doc. If they can get you help loosing weight &amp; it will improve things overall. This is not an unusual concern. I have heard it from kids as early as age 12, when they become more concerned with body image.

Unlikely: This is pretty unlikely.  It takes a lot of force (most commonly, a car accident or a significant fall) to fracture a pubic bone, so unless you think there was that much force, i wouldn't worry about a fracture.  More likely it's just inflammed.
