Back lesion as cause: With a pinched nerve supplying that area of the body, due to arthritis, slip disk, injury or space occupying lesions in the spine. Another common problem is meralgia paraesthetica, where a nerve to the front & side of the thigh gets trapped under a tight ligament against the iliac bone(pelvis). The symptoms you mentioned are most likely due to it.
See your orthopod for proper DX and treatment.

Sacroiliitis?: I see a lot of sacroiliitis - an inflammation of a joint in the pelvis - that often feels like a pain in the upper buttock, and can even sometimes be accompanied by sciatica - a shooting or burning pain in the back of the thigh. It can absolutely be caused by such a fall. Anti-inflammatory we may help (ibuprofen or naproxen) but take with food. Good luck!

Numbness: This is a sign of a nerve being irritated usually from pressure.  At your age the most common thing would be restrictive clothing or belts.  Could possibly be a low back issue.  Recommend follow up with your physician to evaluate further.

Most likely soft ti-: Ssue contusional injuries from the fall with superficial neuritis (of the nerves in and just below the skin). These get better slowly and sometimes can take up to 2 years to completely resolve. So your getting better slowly is a good sign. Hang in there, it should improve. Rarely there may be some residual numbness but the majority would subside.

recently noticed a lump right above belly button, feels as though it extends down to pubic area. had a tummy tuck 3 years ago so not sure if it's scar tissue from muscle repair or something else. its bothersome and numb.

Could be. : Could Just be scar tissue or could be something more sinister like a hernia. Best to go back to your ‘tummy tuck’ doctor and have him/her evaluate.

See answer : There is nothing in Hydrocortisone that is going to cause numbness. Possibly related to underlying dermatitis or your overall anxiety and perception/concerns regarding the current problem. Numbness is not an indicative sign of anything particularly serious in those areas, just a sensation. If you remain concerned and/or your condition worsens, then you should seek prompt and proper medical care.

No, if brief: Iliohypogastric (IHG) neuralgia is caused by compression of the IHG nerve ( branch of L1 and occ T12)as it passes through the transverse abdominis muscle.  Most commonly,  compression is caused by a belt that is too snug or the constant friction against the skin while running. No problem if numbness resolves quickly, but back off if lasting longer.  If there is back pain or stiffness get check.

Lip numbness: Unfortunately, it's hard to tell you what it is because of very limited data provided. More data and physical examination would be required to help you arrive to a diagnosis.

Nerve pain: Get evaluated for possible tarsal tunnel syndrome.  This could be caused by several things such as poorly cushioned shoes, swelling in the heel and ankle,  trauma etc.  Try icing the heel, new shoes with good cushioned heel, and rest/elevation.  If it doesnt help seek a podiatrist.
