You need a chest X-ray and may be a ct scan of the chest. You might need a direct visual examination of your entire respiratory system.

: You should see a lung doctor to evaluate your symptoms and see if your symptoms are due to a lung issue. If you had a complete cardiology work-up that was negative, your symptoms are likely not coming from your heart. So, see a lung doctor and have this evaluated to make sure your lungs are not the issue. Good luck!

You apparently have medical clearance and should receive treatment for GAD and depression. Treatment may be with medications, psychotherapy and/or stress management
