Itchy bottom: Puritis ani describes itching around the anus. It has many causes including excessive or inadequate wiping, moisture (chapped), sensitivity to scented toilet paper or laundry products, superficial yeast infection, and pinworms. Try to change your toileting habits, use a protective cream or anti-fungal cream. If these don't help see your doctor.

Yes: just as people who are suddenly very distracted - like someone who hits their finger with a hammer the very second a fire alarm goes off - will often not feel the pain for some time, or it will be much less than it should - people who excessively focus on symptoms will experience it to a greater degree.

Yes: Allergy is usually associated with itching at the affected organ but most itching are not caused by allergies.  Dry skin is by far the most common cause for itching without a skin rash. If the itching is caused by allergies (but not contact allergy),  antihistamine in sufficient doses would work. In contact allergy involving the skin, topical cortisone works far better.

Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

i have multiple bug bites from over a week ago. reddish, 2-3 inches in diameter. not itchy, no other symptoms. 
i have another bite that i did not scratch and it went away. i was wondering if i made it worse by scratching. ?

Avoid scratching: In order to help your bites heal I would avoid scratching. Your nails are dirty as well and puts you at risk for skin infection. Take OTC antihistamines to help with itch symptoms if applicable and apply OTC hydrocortisone cream to areas that are affected to reduce symptoms. See primary doctor if bites look infected.
