would pills like fertility blend, proxeed or fertipil really help with husbands fertility? he is 34 and i suspect he suffers from ed as well.

No & No: Although several studies have shown an improvement in sperm parameters with anti-oxidant and vitamin therapy, no study has shown a significant improvement in pregnancy rates.  Taking vitamins certainly can't hurt, but don't pay the huge price difference just because the bottle says "fert" on it.  A semen analysis would be a great place to start.  See a urologist or fertility doc for the ed.

Yes: Yes, you can take those together.  If your sperm count has not improved after 3 months on Clomid (clomiphene) then I would see a urologist for an evaluation.  Sometimes medications just do not work and you have to rely on medical techniques to improve your chances for conception.  Intrauterine insemination (IUI) and IVF may be your best options.

Yes: Proxeed is safe, has reasonable clinical data to support improved motility. I would also see a male reproductive surgeon to be evaluated for varicocele.   40% of men with subfertility have varicoceles and may benefit from repair.

: Wait and retest in 3 months. No supplements help in this. Eat a healthy diet, exercise and God-willing it will be OK next time.

Supplements: The body generally does not need supplements to produce hormones.  The regulatory system of hormone regulation generally does not react well to artificial manipulation and often causes more harm than good if there is not a hormone deficiency.  Hormone deficiencies are generally treated with synthetic versions of the hormones, not pro-hormones or supplements.

Yes: It may be of benefit to men with mild decreases in sperm count if they have abnormally low levels of lh and fsh hormones.

No aware of any: Why would your want to increase semen?  If you are healthy, live a healthy lifestyle and practice safe sex, you should have all the semen produced that is necessary for normal funtion.  Semen is a collective volume of testicular contribution, prostatic contribution and seminal vessicle contribution and perhaps a miniscule amount from other sources.  It is what is is unless you have a specific illn.
