DIARRHEA: Give him tea, rice, bananas, crackers to make his stools hard. Pedialyte, sprite and jello liguid to replenish fluid loss. If not interested to eat see md for IV fluids.

Protect skin: With a heavy ointment like desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) maximum strength or another heavy cream with zinc oxide.  Promptly change diapers. Consider using washcloth & water instead of just wipes for bm diapers.

This is normal: It is normal for newborns to poop every single time something touches their lips. So if baby feeding, sucks on a pacifier, etc, they may pas a stool with it. It's actually a good sign they are feeding well  already. Nothing to fear, this is totally normal.

Probably not: The presence of reducing substances and pus cells in small concentrations doesn't necessarily indicate infection, but it seems your doctor prescribed Taxin O just in case.  EBF babies typically have soft stools that may also appear "seedy" &amp; range from yellow to green in color.  Iron supplements can make the stool darker.  Since your baby is active &amp; growing, most like s'he is fine.

Teething: Teething often associated with excess salivation/mucous  which in turn may be associated with vomiting and diarrhea.  But those symptoms can also be caused by a virus infection.  Important that you keep your child hydrated.  Call your Pediatrician for examination/advice.  Also take your child to a Pediatric Dental Specialist at her 1st birthday for initial oral evaluation &amp; care program.

Diarrhea: When you say "loose motions", i think diarrhea or loose, frequent bowel movements. If that's the case, you want to first be sure that you don't see any blood in the stool, that you don't have fever/sweats/chills, or abdominal pain out of the ordinary. Black tarry stools are also a bad sign, too. Your pharmacist can point you to many over-the-counter anti-diarrhea treatments.

Chronic diarrhea: Diarrhea can be acute or chronic. Chronic diarrhea is consider when one have diarrhea more that 4 weeks. Some of the causes of chronic diarrhea are inflammatory(ulcerative colitis or crohns), malabsorptive(gluten allergy), dietary(lactose intolerance) or functional(irritable bowel syndrome ibs). Infectious causes are unlikely.  Most common cause is ibs. One need to see doctor for evaluation.
