Yes: Anxiety can cause all the symptoms.  Wait until expected period, do pregnancy test if late.  If i may suggest--talk to a provider about more reliable birth control options and save yourself the anxiety(dr. Rechner in your area is excellent.).

A correctly done urine test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon.

Sensi-/specificity: The oral test is approved as a screen for hiv.  It detects both hiv1&2.  That said, it's not as specific as serum elisa.  Most infected  will test + by elisa at 4 wks, it is usually recommended to re-test at 6 mos. If risky behavior (sex, especially w/commercial sex worker, Cocaine use, injection drug use, etc) continues, frequent testing should be routine. You might discuss prep w/your doctor.

No need for testing: I am confident that this panic is very common post sex with a partner as you describe.  But, you were protected (wearing a condom). You did everything right. There is no need to test at all and of course the test you took was negative.  Please do not spend another moment worrying about this.

Couple of ideas: This could be ngu, or "non-gonoccocal urethritis" -  an infection not related to an std.  You should see your doctor and have a culture of the discharge taken, as well as a urinalysis and repeat std testing.

Freq urination: If you have frequent urination and negative hpt then it is more likely that you have a urinary tract infection or other infection.  Call your doctor for an examination to determine cause.  Meanwhile drink a lot of cranberry juice as it helps bladder infections.

Stress: If you are very worried about being pregnant your cycle will be affected.Keep testing-doubt the "no ejaculation" part is suspect.You need to be the one sure about the barrier method!

Question not clear: Does the "30th day" mean you had a period 30 days prior?  Or 30 days of menstruation? Either way if you had sex at the very end or beginning of your period you can't get pregnant. One conceives by having unprotected sex in mid cycle or about 10-14 days before. The next period.
