Migraine: You are probably experiencing occipital migraine.  You can confirm this by seeing if the same things occurs in each eye when you cover one and then the other.  These usually are short lasting (5 min to 2 hours) and cause no permanent changes.  If this test does not work as I have indicated, then see your ophthalmologist for a better diagnosis.

Generally yes.: Coca cola, pepsi and other non-diet soft drinks contain an enormous amount of sugar, generally in the form of high fructose corn syrup.  A healthy diet should contain as little of this as possible.  If you are young, health, and not overweight, an occasional coke or pepsi would probably not be harmful, but with age many people develop glucose intolerance, a precursor to diabetes.  Drink diet soda.

Dumbbells are harder: Dumbbells require each arm to recruit more surrounding shoulder muscles to help balance the weight which means you are working harder (given the same weight). The bench press is a great exercise as well, but it does work a more specific muscle group and is intrinsically more stable because both arms are linked in trying to balance the moving weight load.

: As has been mentioned numerous times on this site, there is NO 100% guarantee regarding outcomes from vaccination.  Seriously doubt that Moderna has made any such claim.  The press has produced abysmal reporting quality throughout this pandemic, and this release is consistent with "fake news".
