No: Astigmatism is corrected with glasses, contacts or surgery like lasik or astigmatic keratotomy. Lutein doesn't fix astigmatism.

Health suppliment.: Lutein is a xanthophyll made only by plants, and one of 600 known naturally occurring carotenoids found in high quantities in green leafy vegetables such as spinach and kale. Lutein is found in animals as an antioxidant.  The human retina accumulates lutein and zeaxanthin. There, it may serve as a photoprotectant for retina from the damaging effects of free radicals produced by blue light.
