CBD strips: I would be Leary about going through airport security with marihuana as I believe even medical marijuana may cause problems with TSA. Your physician could give you a prescription for a tiny quantity of a tranquilizer like ativan or klonipin with instructions on how to take it for air travel.

One day should: Be fine for aspirin, or alka-seltzer, not sure what kind of cold medicine you consumed, but generally after  one day most of those common drugs would be out of your system, enjoy your baby

No worries: Reye syndrome is a rare condition that affects a few children who are recovering from an illness like influenza or chicken pox, who had been taking aspirin or other salicylates. An adult getting Reye syndrome after a single dose of aspirin would be so rare that nobody should fear it. As they say, "Don't sweat the small stuff." No worries.

Not specifically: I'd use something else that is BF friendly in the future, but a single exposure in an otherwise well baby is not worth worrying about.

Wouldn't worry: If baby is otherwise healthy I would continue to feed and just avoid aspirin in the future. We don't like to expose kids with any viral illness because of its association with Reye syndrome under those conditions. Otherwise it is just there, and a relative transfer of 2-10% occurs. If sick, pump and dump for 8 hours and it should be fine thereafter.

Not likely: Aspirin isn't known to cause miscarriages.  It does thin your blood for several weeks, so let your doctor know if you have any bleeding or need a procedure.   Best wishes!

Unsafe: Nothing  is  safe  during  1--2nd  trimester  talk  to  your  obg  M.D.  Nasalchrome  nose  sray  very  safe  4  times  a  day.

Recommendations: Alla seltzer can be safely used for 3-4 days. Then you should be better,  or if worse you need to see a doctor.

2 cautions: One must not exceed 4, 000 mg of tylenol (acetaminophen) in 24 hours. You don't mention what strength of medication you're taking or how often you take it, so i can't comment on the "3". But if you stay <4, 000 mg, you're okay. Avoid prolonged use of Aspirin and tylenol (acetaminophen) because the combination can cause kidney damage if taken over the long term. ("analgesic nephropathy").
