Common in past: Boric acid was used for many years as an eye wash in dilute solution.  It is no more effective than other available eyewashes and so has fallen out of favor.  If you can use it properly and like its effects, go for it.  There are many alternatives however.

Classic treatment: Diluted boric acid is a classic treatment for eye infection.  It is an effective eye wash and sometimes aids in the natural resistance to an eye infection.  It is not an antibiotic and should not be used as a primary infection.  Since most infections (pink eye) are viral, boric acid will not affect that as well.

Rinse: Boric acid merely acts as a rinse and may provide comfort.  Most eye infections are viral and run their course with our without treatment.  The boric acid solution may give added comfort in some cases.

Yes: Boric acid comes in different forms, all of which have drastically different uses. One common use of boric acid is to exterminate cockroaches and other home infestations of bugs. This form of boric acid can be lethal to humans when ingested and has no applicable use in people. However, the ophthalmic version of boric acid is safe for human treatment.

No suppository: Boric acid is used as an otic solution to dry out ears. I am not aware of any use in the form of a suppository. Unless you are doing under medical direction and supervision, i would strictly avoid boric acid suppositories.

no: That is not a recommended treatment for trichomonas. It is most commonly treated with oral Flagyl and your partner needs to be treated.

Yes: I typically will use one agent at a time though, in this way you can get a better idea of what works for refractory yeast infections.  If used at the same time, you won't know what's best if you have a future outbreak.

: It is better to delay sex until your vaginal infection to resolve with the medication. It usually takes at least 3 days after the last dose.
