Avoid excess sugar and simple carbohydrates in the diet as well.  Good luck!

Likely there's a : Scientific explanation- what comes in must come out.My theory - when the fish gets digested and absorbed in the stomach and intestine, the small particles of it with its strong scent travel  into the bloodstream and is excreted in the urinary tract and pores of skin and genital tract exuding the smell. The same thing when people take vitamins , their urine smells more pungent or strongly.

More info needed: As i understand the question, you have patient with two mobile teeth and good oral hygiene and you don't know the cause?  What do the x-rays show? Did you take x-rays? How mobile are the teeth?Class i, ii, iii? It could be a bite problem, periodontal problem, periapical problem.  Any periodontal pockets? Depths? Parafunctional habits? We need more information.

Irritated axillae: Something is irritating your skin. An applied substance may be the culprit. Yeast can sprout there. Pores can plug. Try this - wash twice daily with antibacterial soap. Dry well. Air dry too. No deodorants.  Use small amounts baby powder.
