Yes: Chest trauma can cause problems. ASsuming there is no penetrating trauma, there can be some irregular heart beat created. This hopefully would be short lived.
More concerning over the heart is a rhythm disturbance which is life threatening. This is called commotio cordes and will immediate standstill of the heart rhythm and may be impossible to start.

Poor fish: Minimal, except for lack of aesthetic value.  The likelihood of significant airborne mold exposure is low.

: A simple water rinse under the faucet would have made them safe, and they're certainly safe after the dishwasher.

: Duplicate question, see previous reply. Of course you shouldn't intentionally swallow water conditioner, a small amount (even if the cup were not rinsed or washed at all) would not be harmful. It isn't highly toxic.

so i would use the cups i drink out of to fill up my fish tank. since the water had to be conditioned i used aqua safe water conditioner. i put the cups in the dishwasher and washed them. would they be safe to drink out of now that there washed?

: If the cup is china and has been through the dishwasher it should be just fine to drink from.  Plastic cups can leach out chemicals and I would be more circumspect about them.

Cut: Yes you should be concerned about the possibility of infection. If finger hurts, throbs and/or turns red seek help.

No chance: Brain eating amoeba don't live in your fish tank. The question makes me concerned, however, about you in other ways. Do you tend to fear contamination and disease a lot?
