Will try : Mild concentric ventricular hypertrophy means that the heart muscle is mildly thickened all around.  This can be seen in people with longstanding hypertension not yet optimally controlled.  Mild left atrial dilation means that the top chamber of the heart on the left side is slightly big.  This may be due to problems with the heart valves on the left side of the heart, heart rhythm problems, etc.

: There is no danger at this time; however, you need follow-up echo every 6 months for any change. The aneurysm needs to be fixed when it is bigger than 5.5 cm or the size increase at or above 0.5 cm/year. Blood pressure should be kept below 120/80. Good luck.

Depends: Like sticks and stones both of which can break your bones, heart failure whether right or left can be serious or mild depending on the cause and how severe it is.
