Packaging: Both, progynova and climaval contain as the active ingredient estradiol valerate. However, the pills are not pure active ingredient, there are inactive ingredients in the pills as well. If the climaval does not work for you, I think it is reasonable to go with the progynova.

Yes if the right med: Adding injections of fsh such as  follistim or Gonal-F may help grow the follicle lo maturity even after clomid (clomiphene). Progynova is an estrogen and will not help the eggs grow, though it may make your uterus more receptive, .

Possible cancer caus: If endometrial hyperplasia is present it can lead to cancer if cyclo progynova is prescribed.Mtherefore a woman should be monitored closely.

Yes: Cyclo progynova is a hormone replacement pill with estrogen pills and estrogen/progesterone pills.  Like any hormones it can have side effects: nausea, breast tenderness, and a small risk of heart attack and stroke.  The doses are low and it will not prevent pregnancy very well either. So it depends on what you are using it for.

Progynova: Is used to my knowledge as estrogen replacement in menopausal women. Why would you be taking it??! It certainly would meds up your own hormones and could play havoc with ovulation.
