What to do if i am told that progynova and climaval are exactly the same,yet being on climaval i feel unwell?

Packaging: Both, progynova and climaval contain as the active ingredient estradiol valerate. However, the pills are not pure active ingredient, there are inactive ingredients in the pills as well. If the climaval does not work for you, I think it is reasonable to go with the progynova.
