No: I'm not entirely sure what you're asking here, as breast milk will usually go away after you're done breastfeeding. For it to go on 3 years after weaning is a bit unusual, but i'd be glad it did. If the pituitary is normal, then no, unless you're prone to migraines anyways you should be fine.

Comfort feeding: Its time to think of your own comfort. If you can breast feed comfortly, continue. If you are tired and worn out its time to wean them.

Mileage may vary: Depends on the child's eagerness to embrace other foods, and on your ability to continue nursing.  Stopping abruptly is mainly harmless, and some children do it on their own when they are able to express preferences.  For others, slow weaning may be easier.

Age of your child: Some missing details include her weight and age, but generally multiple food introductions are often needed, continue to offer a variety of baby foods for her age. 
Formula should be continued on a regular schedule to prevent dehydration, and if she is 12 months old, regular whole milk may be introduced.

my baby is 13 months and i have recently weaned him off breast milk. he now has whole cow's milk and since then his poop frequency has increased and also it's pale yellow (mixed with brown at times) in color.is it normal? no other problem?

:  The color of poop starts out as ultra green (bile color) and transitions through yellows to browns based on germ action in the gut. The shorter poop stays inside the more toward green it can become/longer-brown. Increasing frequency leads to the yellow. I wouldn't fret over the finding.

Yes: It is not unusual to have an occasional small amount years after pregnancy. Large and constant amounts would merit investigation.

Accepted Answer

Yes: Breastfeeding at least every two to three hours helps to maintain milk production. For most women, eight breastfeeding or pumping sessions every 24 hours keeps their milk production high.  Therefore, if you have continued to breastfeed or are still pumping then it is normal to still have breast milk after three years.  As soon as you stop breast feeding, your breasts will stop producing milk.

Need prolactin level: B"sd thats an interesting circumstance.  Are you having regular menses - if you are much less likely to be a significant issue such as pituitary tumor (prolactinoma).  
Certain activities besides nursing can sustain milk production.  Even if prolactin normal, dopamine agonist therapy with bromcriptine, Dostinex (cabergoline) may be effective.

Yes: It is not unusual for milk production to continue for many years. In some cultures babies are breast fed for 3-5 years.
