Can be hard to tell: Emergency contraception pills are hormones and alter a woman's periods for that month and the month after.  One can take a pregnancy test (follow the instructions on the package) about 3 weeks after sex.  If still worried, and if the next period doesn't look or seem normal, one can repeat a pregnancy test.

: It seems you are talking about emergency contraceptive. If so, having two bowel movements will not diminish the effectiveness of the medication.

The content of your poop is generally debris that has been in your digestive tract for 2-4 days that occupied the last segment of your large intestines. I don't see how the pill contents could jump ahead of the existing debris to exit the anus. I see no need to repeat the pill.
