Need further info: How old is your husband? as you get older, testosterone levels drop, and replacement is easy. Problem maintaining an erection? two medications for ED correct that problem. Under too much stress or anxiety to maintain libido? he or both of you may see a psychologist for counseling. If medical causes are excluded, you may wish to see a sex therapist.

Hands: Teach each other to give the other orgasm using just the hands and fingers. Use a lubricant like petroleum jelly. That way the pressure will be taken off both of you when, and if, you do have intercourse. Try giving her orgasm before you have intercourse so that 45 seconds will not be too soon. You may find you prefer to be brought to orgasm more slowly with her hands.

Poor circumcision: Maybe ur son did not have the circumcision done properly. Talk to the docotr to see if there were any complications or too much of the foreskin was removed and the frenulum was also accidentally removed.

ED & loss of libido: Overweight & obese men are at risk for erectile dysfunction and loss of libido although, truthfully, all men are at risk as we age. Being in good shape is always a good thing regardless of gender. Work w/your family doc to improve your health & consider options if necessary to improve ed. After making sure relationship w/partner, job, money, family, depression, meds etc are evaluated, check testos.

Discussing when/how/what you eat is important.  Exercise can also help but not as much as diet modification
