what is the definition or description of: pro banthine allergy?

More side effects.: I have not used Probanthine for decades but have never heard of a true case of allergy (some may have a skin rash). The problem is more likely a dose-dependent side effects such as dry mouth constipation fast heart beats etc-  the expected anticholinergic effects.  Intolerance such as nausea, GI upset can occur with any drug.

Anticholinergics: I have found that dicyclomine is an effective substitute for probanthine. Discuss this with your physician who knows the reason you're taking probanthine. Your pharmacist can also be helpful in answering your question.

Hyperhidrosis: Other systemic medications, such as sedatives and tranquilizers, indomethacin, and calcium channel blockers, may be beneficial in the treatment of excessive sweating of the hands and feet.  Drysol (20% aluminum chloride hexahydrate in absolute anhydrous ethyl alcohol) is more commonly used as the first-line topical agent. Other treatment options include iontophoresis and Botox injextions.

No: We can only prescribe to those who see us, and we know who they are, know their allergies and are covered by insurances and we know would be sage to do so. Our system had a telemedicine, wherein, our own patients can go on the insurance computer for us and we can give them their medicine but not for consultation as this, too risky for you and for us, medico legally.

OTC lubricants: Most dry eye can be handled with over the counter (otc) lubricating drops.  Do not use the ones that say "gets the red out" as these are drying.  Plain eye ointment at night is also helpful.  For persistent eye dryness especially if the vision is impaired, see your ophthalmologist.
