Breast pain: If there is something i never take lightly it's breast pain.  Any time i ever have a patient describe breast pain to me, i always have the patient come into the office for an exam and possible sonogram.  I would suggest contacting either your primary physician or gyn for an exam, particularly if you are in pain such as you decribe.

i recently noticed a throbbing, pulsating, prickly like feeling in my left bicep close to my armpit after every ejaculation. it's not painful at all, but it's the same localized spot of this sensation, like a gushing feeling. what could this be?

: Muscle twitches occur at times any place in the body and there is no scientific explanation exactly why. I think the two things you mention are incidental and not related and may soon stop .

: It is difficult to say without an exam but from your description the assoc. with ejaculation might be- coincdental.

Hard to tell: This could represent several things, most of which are inocuous.  If symptoms persist, see your doctor.

See doctor: Several things could be causing your symptoms: a plugged up milk duct in your breast, an infection (mastitis), etc. Are you breastfeeding? Do you use any birth control method, if so what? It would be best to have your doctor examine your breast and perhaps order a sonogram of the breast to see if a cause can be found.

Breast: Although breast cancer is uncommon in a 26 year old woman, this certainly must be considered in light of a breast lump and discharge. Other possible causes are breast pain that comes and goes with the monthly cycle, large breasts that pull on the ligaments of the breasts or even chest wall muscle pain. Chest wall pain is often 1-sided, burning and occurs from overuse of those muscles.

Doctor evaluation: Have your doctor examine the skin discoloration. They can determine if any testing or further evaluation is needed. If you had both ovaries removed you may be experiencing some hormonal fluctuations. You can discuss treatment options with your doctor

Armpit pain: Could be several things.  Skin irritation from anti-perspirants or infection, pain from enlarged nodes or other.  Try stopping underarm deoderants and check for rash.  If it continues call your doctor for an examination to determine the cause.

hey, i reached up and my armpit had a stabbing feeling, more it some and it's been about 30 minutes of constant dull stabbing pain. an i going to die?

Yes and no: if its your left armpit, you're over 60, and you have known heart problems, maybe.  If not, its probably a myofascial (that means muscle and connective tissue) strain and will respond to gentle stretching and NSAIDS.  To be sure, see your primary care practitioner.
