could kidney disease cause a feeling of pressure on my right abdomen?

Possibly: It depends on what type of "kidney disease" you are describing. Kidney infections and kidney stones could cause discomfort on the side of the kidney affected. Kidney cysts usually do not cause pressure, and rarely kidney tumors would cause pressure. Kidney dysfunction such as forms of kidney failure usually do not cause pain or pressure.
