Pregnant again???: You could be pregnant again! But don't ask your hairdresser. Go see your Ob/Gyn. He/She will know for sure. There are some other possibilities but I am limited to 400 spaces.

Your age?: You should consult a cardiologist or internist re. This since this may well be a sign of coronary disease and an impending heart attack especially if you are over 40 or have problem with blood pressure or diabetes.  In the future , provide us more info on yourself (age, medications, other chronic illnesses) would help us do a better job for you.

: Back pain can be in several locations. Low back pain is more common and often, but always, related to the spine , where as upper back pain can be related to organ issues

See your dentist: May have dental infection, gum inflammation, cracked tooth, imbalance if there are fillings.  Sometimes the temporomandibular joint (tmj jaw joint) can get inflamed or out of balance, especially if clenching.  See your dentist.

Nonspecific: Your symptoms are nondiagnostic. For peace of mind undergo an evaluation by your physician or a gastroenterologist. A physical examination and  appropriate testing will be done in order to make a diagnosis or advise you. Your symptoms may be entirely functional rather than due to any organic pathology.

i have a knot in the lower right side of my back that i've had awhile, it starts to hurt extremely bad if i put pressure on it like when bending down?

Muscular v disc: This is either muscular issue if only several weeks. If longer, it may be from a disc issue that could be a tear in the disc or a herniation.  If muscular, it will get better by about 6-8 weeks and 90% of discs improve over time. Otc meds can help as can heat &/or ice as well as guided exercise & activity modification.  Lifestyle changes like weight control, not smoking & regular exercise are key.

It is a possibility: But you wouldn't know w/o eval. Stay well hydrated (at least 8 - 8 ounces glasses of water per day). Try to get in 5 servings of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit per day – get that fiber in. Stay physically active if possible.  There are a number of over the counter laxatives that can be taken orally to help pass retained fecal matter.

Could be an ovary: Cyst or fibroid or other causes , see your ongyn for a workup, if the pain gets worse before tues go to theer for a workup.
