Examination: Therapy depends on etiology of the cause. I would seek out an evaluation. Otc analgesia such as advil (ibuprofen) ; a mild decongestive may give temporary relief while you seek out care.

Could be: Stress/anxiety, clenching/grinding, virus, ands many other problems.  Why don't you see your Physician for a Physical.

No worries: It is too late to have a concussion. The symptoms are due to local trauma. It should clear up soon. If not get evaluated by your doc.

Many things: Headaches could be caused by a number of things including head trauma, stress, sleep deprivation, withdrawal from substances like caffeine and allergies or sinus infections. You should see your doctor to have a checkup and to discuss treatment options.

May need to see ENT: Dr. as pressure around temples or around eyes points often to sinuses unless it is the eye itself. You didn't mention which type of doctor you saw, but if you have no relief, you'll need to get a 2nd opinion to get definitive treatment, and possibly imaging too. Someone has to do a physical exam on you to help you out. So don't delay! Time for re-evaluation and see what OTC meds can help. Need hx.

Ocular exam: Please have a full physical examination and an appointment with an Opthalmologist. Nasal saline rinses may help to alleviate nasal allergies. A CT scan is more accurate but please check with your PCP for additional work up.

ive been dealing with horrible headaches all over my head including pain and pressure in temples. also, ear pain, neck pain and jaw pain off and on. had covid 3 months ago. what could this be?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor.  You may have long term sequalae.

i had 4 days ago an oral surgery(impact wisdom tooth removal).after day 3 and today i feel pressure in temples headache that doesnt go away with depon and i feel that i can not rest my jaw when i sleep. are these symptoms normal?

: Oral surgery does stretch the muscles of the jaw at times which can cause a temporal headache. You should ask the oral surgeon if there is any concerns about your pain

anxiety, panic attacks, tremors/shakes, lightheaded, bp spikes, mood swings, tingling/ numb at ankles/lower legs, pressure in temples/head. i had covid feb 2021. these symptoms since june 2021. long covid or low b12? was vegan for 3 yrs until nov2021?

: Almost certainly not B12 but easy to test blood B12.  If BP high be certain K is not low. Classic signs of primary aldosteronism.  Go to hyperaldosteronism@groups.io to learn more and ask Dr. for testing if not done yet.
