Temple pressure: Yes this can be a stress symptom coming from the jaw and the TMJ jaw joint being stressed.  You need to learn to relax more.  Yoga, meditation.  Read uplifting books.  Avoid too much tv.

i have pressure in my left temple, pressure behind my eye, pain in my left ear, tired and fuzzy. blood test normal, go can't find anything, what wrong?

You need to...: ... keep gong back and working with your doctor until you have an answer. The most worrisome thing is that you have multiple symptoms that are localized to the same area: the left side of your head. In my opinion, MR imaging should be done. Excluding some type of growth or blood vessel problem in this part of your head is important.  Good wishes:)

Headache: Commonly sinus related. Sometimes stress related if you grit teeth when under stress but should not be there in morning upon arising. You do need to see physician at 61 could also be a condition called temporal arteries which is serious if left untreated.

Temple pressure: It sounds like it could be the makings of a tension headache.  Are you under some pressure in your life right now?  You list "chronic ear infections" and "tmj" in your additional clinical findings.  You might check in with your physician since this is continuing for 2 weeks.  Best wishes.

Pressure: Doubtful it is anything big. Are you under a lot of stress lately?  History of migraines?  If you are very concerned about it, then pay your PCP a visit and have them check you.

Evaluation: The differential diagnosis is migraine, cluster headache, and temporal arteritis.  You need a complete evaluation to distinguish which is the cause.  The treatments are different.

Temporal muscle: This is likely your left temporal muscle.  Try some therapy with cool compress or heat to see if this relaxes..  This should resolve, but if it persists or is associated with fever or visual disturbances get checked.
