You could have: a migraine headache that is persisting beyond the normal 2-3 days, or cluster type headaches.   Or you could have neuralgia which is a nerve inflammation condition.   Or multiple sclerosis.   There are many things that can cause these symptoms and I encourage you to see a healthcare provider as soon as possible to get tested and diagnosed. i've haved pressure in my forehead and temples for three days it comes and goes and i've had cramps and some discomfort in the left side of my stomach?

Sounds migraine-y: to me, though you're lucky it is just coming and going and not constant.  The stomach discomfort is probably a mild bit of nausea.  Try an OTC motion sickness medicine and ginger ale, be sure to keep a small amount of food in your stomach at all times. Likely is sinus: You may have a sinus infection of the frontal sinus. Alternatively you may be experiencing a recurrent Migrainous event. Is it relieved by taking aspirin or other nonsteroidals such as Aleve or Advil? Do antihistamines or decongestants help? Do you have foul smelling breath or post nasal drip?

Possible sinusitis: Based on your symptoms , your pain in &amp; around the eye could be related to sinusitis. I would recommend an evaluation with your primary care physician.

Do U feel anxious?: There are muscles that attach to the skull, including the frontalis and temperalis.  These muscles contract voluntarily when we're making certain facial expressions.  They can also contract reflexively when we're worried, nervous or anxious. Don't add these symptoms to your already overflowing "worry bucket".  They are most likely related to each other.

You Need an Exam: It is difficult to provide a definitive answer for you with out more information and the benefit of a physical examination.  This may be stress related from clenching, or you may have a sinus infection.  Have your dentist of general practitioner examine you.

Hard to say: You probably should see a doctor. It could be something as easy as eye strain from not having a correct glasses prescription, dry eyes, elevated pressures on the eye, or maybe just a plain old tension headache.

Headache: You headache can be from clenching your jaw, we call it tmj, and it also explains your ear fullness. On the other hand, they may also be decondary to nasal congestion if you suffer from allergist and sinus problems. Anyhow, you need to get checked by a doctor to figure out the issue.
