Tinnitus and BP: Tinnitus, or ringing in your ears, can indeed be made more noticeable by high blood pressure.  Also, some of the diuretics, like lasix, (furosemide) which are occasionally prescribed for hypertension may cause or worsen tinnitus.  This effect usually subsides when the medication is stopped.

: Some of your symptoms correlate with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. Recommend good hydration, salt intake, balanced diet. You should also see a physician for ur other symptoms.

Pressure: You may have fluid in your ears because of a post nasal drip from your sinuses. Try antihistamines to dry up your nose and sinuses.

Ear ringing: Did the ringing start suddenly/recently? Are both ears affected or only one? Are you exposed/have you been exposed to loud noise on the job or when listening to music? Do you shoot firearms? Has your hearing been affected? See you fp for evaluation. May send you to audiologist or neurologist for further workup. Wear hearing protection when using equipment like lawn mowers. Keep music—>.

Clogged Sinuses: It sounds like you have an ear or sinus infection which could be viral or bacterial (less common). If you have a fever and /or tenderness over your cheek bones or forehead see a doctor now. This could also be seasonal allergies and an over the counter allergy/sinus medicine might help. No. The ring typically is close to the union with the stomach. Symptoms include difficulty swallowing solids and if they get stuck a sensation of cloaking. Aiway blockage could be caused by food getting stuck  but would be unumlikely as it is far away from the trachea. No connection with ear sympt

Migraine: stabbing pain especially if it occurs repetitively on different days in the same type of way is usually caused by a condition known as migraine.  this condition is very easily preventable through supplements or medications.  anytime someone has new headaches which they never had before it's extremely important that they visit a doctor to be sure it's not something other than migraine.

Cannot say for sure: and it is often that people bear down when pooping or holding it in. The tension causes pressure behind the ears.
