: Yes.  If it involves many sinuses - more likely allergic or viral.  If one sinus, more likely bacterial and may benefit from an antibiotic

Migraine: One sided headache with nausea, worse with light, including the phone, and noise could be migraine and may get worse with your period. Consult your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment…you'll feel better.

Eye pain: The sensation you are describing can come from sinusitis, migraines, even some lymphomas.  If it is something that persists you need to see your doctor for a possible scan of the area to determine the cause.  Feel better soon

See an allergist: Three types of treatment:
1. Avoid what you are exposed to.  You need to get skin tested to identify what to avoid.
2. Medicines usually help if it is an allergy.
3. Allergy shots would be an option if meds fail.

See doctor: Believe i might have already answered this question.  You may have a migraine, sinusitis , glaucoma etc.  You need to see an eye doctor to rule out glaucoma which may lead to blindness if left untreated.   Run to his office.

Maybe sinuses: This might be a sinus issue. They can be difficult but try: OTC sinus relief, neti-pot, lots of water, reflexology massage, etc. Consider an exam to rule out other possible causes. Hope it helps!

Angle closure?: If your eye pressure is elevated enough to cause eye pain, you may be experiencing angle closure glaucoma.  You need to see an eye doctor asap.  Many other issues can cause the feelings of eye pressure and pain but increased ocular pressure is very serious.
