Yes,: It is not just  back health, but high heels in late pregnancy make for a very unable "platform" for a pregnant woman to walk causing balance losses and falls with injury to developing fetus'. A protruding pregnant abdomen increases the lower back curve of teh spine(lordosis) and high non-stable heels will also cause "back pain".

Guidelines: For your age, recommended Vitamin D-3 should be 800-1000 IU daily, but it may take 2-3 months for levels to stabilize in fatty tissues.  But why guess?  Blood testing for hydroxyl Vitamin D-3 can reveal if adequate ingestion.  Would not exceed 50-70 ng/ml

Yes: Make sure that the diabetes is under good control. Dr thornalley in england has shown that diabetics become short of vitamin b1. All diabetics should be getting this as a supplement in large doses. See a nutritionist familiar with this research.

Yes and yes: All women produce ketones more easily during pregnancy. Ketones result when body fats are broken down for energy instead of sugar. So ketosis & diabetic ketoacidosis or DKA can occur more rapidly in women w/diabetes when they are pregnant. Ketones cross the placenta & affecdt the fetus. This can be avoided if blood sugars are in good control.  It is possible to cause a false positive etg test.

Why tested?: Are you sure it was a CA125 or did you mean BHCG? CA-125 is a blood test done to assess the risk for ovarian cancer in specific cases. It is not a typical test to be done during pregnancy. During  pregnancy it does not correlate well to cancer risk because of hormonal changes. If this test was ordered then there is likely a specific reason. Contact the ordering physician to interpret the results.
