Yes it can: Because it can cotain live ; active sperm which can result in a conception ; thus pregnancy. This is prime reason for withdrawal prior ro percieved ejaculation is not a safe method of concreption.

Yes: Classically, the answer is yes.  The pre-ejaculate fluid comes from a gland in the urethra that helps change the pH balance of the vagina to make sperm more viable upon ejaculation.  There is rarely sperm hanging out in the urethra that would get washed out with pre-ejaculate fluid.  But, if a man recently ejaculated and then has intercourse again shortly after,  i guess it would be possible.

Yes: All secretions of an excited penis have enough sperm to cause pregnancy. (the main ejaculate is more likely to) All these secretions need to do is attach to the mucous linings of the female genital tract, once in/on, they can swim up to the cervix and lead to pregnancy. It would be rare and truly unlikely for this to happen, but it could.

Pre-ejaculate: I don't know answer to first question. Most studies have shown low levels of sperm or no sperm in pre-ejaculate with sperm not being motile (however, don't know how promptly samples were examined). Taking chances: There is always some sperm present in pre-ejaculate so you are at risk of conceiving. It is not likely to become pregnant, but you could. If you find in 2-3 weeks that you are not pregnant, PLEASE get on a good contraceptive. Despite what you and others think, you never know when you might find yourself in a "sexual" situation. Don't take any more chances. The stress sucks.

Sperm: it takes but one sperm to fertilize an egg. There are plenty of sperm in the pre-ejaculatory se creations of the penis.  Therefore, if the sperm got in the vagina you could get pregnant.  In simple terms: penis + vagina - birth control = pregnancy.
